End-Times Study - Blood Drive - Festival of Trees Parade - Women's Fellowship - Christmas Open House

It is back on! Kicking off tomorrow (Nov 7th) from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM is a multi week study of the end-times focusing on biblical interpretations surrounding the Rapture. Brian will be teaching from Biblical passages and books that give us insight into future events. The study will continue to take place on Tuesday evenings and will wrap up before Christmas.

We're coming down to the wire! We have exceeded our goal of 60 dozen cookies! Please bring them to our worship gathering this Sunday (November 12th).

We also need volunteers to help serve Cocoa and Cookies, hand out the coupons, greet, help clean up, etc. This Sunday we will be signing up people to fill these roles. Our contact person for this event is Laura Beazley: jlacrosseekers@hotmail.com Phone: (563) 355-4335

We are putting love into action by serving Cookies and Hot Cocoa to our community. The game plan is identical to last year: we hand out coupons for Cookies and Hot Cocoa along the parade route inviting folks to the Gathering Place for Cookies and Hot Cocoa. We served over 200 people last year.

Women's Fellowship
Saturday December 2nd @ 10:00 AM - The Gathering Place

Ladies: Join other women for a time of fellowship, devotions, and Christmas Card making. This is a great time to invite your friends. Bring your own card stock or blank cards (available at Walmart or Hobby Lobby). Those that have Christmas themed art stamps and other supplies to share can bring them. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors to join the Cross Point Community to once again celebrate the arrival of the Christmas Season "Downtown Style"! Don't miss this one, the food is awesome, the atmosphere celebrative, the fellowship wonderful, with some great Christmas music too!

So take the risk and introduce or re-introduce those God has placed you amongst to our community of faith.
